Properties: 

Ethylene Diamine Tetra (Methylene Phosphonic Acid) Sodium Salt is a nitrogen-containing organic polybasic phosphonic acid, and belongs to cathodic corrosion inhibitors. Compared with inorganic polyphosphate, its corrosion rate is 3~5 times better than them. Ethylene Diamine Tetra (Methylene Phosphonic Acid) Sodium Salt can be fully dissolved in water, innocuous and has none pollution to environment, with good chemical stability and thermal tolerance. It shows excellent scale inhibition ability under temperature 200℃. 

Ethylene Diamine Tetra (Methylene Phosphonic Acid) Sodium Salt can dissociate into 8 positive-negative ions in aqueous solution, thus can chelate with many metal ions to form a plurality of single-structure macromolecular reticulation complex, loosely dispersed in water, and destroy the normal crystallization of calcium scale. Ethylene Diamine Tetra (Methylene Phosphonic Acid) Sodium Salt shows better inhibition effects to the scale of calcium sulfate and barium sulfate. 


Applications:

Ethylene Diamine Tetra (Methylene Phosphonic Acid) Sodium Salt can be used as corrosion and scale inhibitor in circulating cool water system and boiler water, as complexing agent in non-cyanogen electroplating industry, as chelating agent and oxygen bleaching stabilizer in textile printing and dyeing industry.

Usage:

When used alone, 2~10mg/L is preferred. When built with HPMA by ratio EDTMP : HPMA=1 : 3, it can be used for low pressure boiler. EDTMPS can also be built with BTAPAAS and zinc salt.


Package and Storage:

Normally in 200L HDPE drum, 1000L IBC, or customers’ requirement.

Storage for ten months in shady room and dry place.
