Properties:
TTA•Na can be used as corrosion inhibitor of copper and copper alloy, it also has corrosion inhibition for black metals. TTA•Na is absorbed on metal surface to form a thin membrane to protect copper and other metals from corrosion of air and other harmful subjects.
TTA•Na can be used with a variety of scale inhibitors, sterilization algae in the circulating cooling water system. The membrane is more uniform. The effect is better when used together with MBT.
Usage:
Dissolved with alcohol or alkali into circulating water. The water concentration of TTA•Na is 2-10mg/L. If the non-ferrous metal has severe corrosion, adding 5-10 times of normal concentration will make system passivation quickly.
Package and Storage:
Normally in 200L HDPE drum, 1000L IBC, or customers’ requirement.
Storage in shady room and dry place.
