Properties:
MBT•Na can be used as the copper corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water system. The function of corrosion inhibition is mainly depend on the active copper atoms or copper ions on the surface of copper. They will produce a chemical adsorption. Or will have chelation reaction between them to form a layer of dense and solid protective film, so that the copper material of the equipment will be well protected. Usually, the dosage of 4mg/L is preferred. MBT•Na can also be used as plasticizer and photometer for acid copper plating.
Package and Storage:
Normally in 200L HDPE drum, 1000L IBC, or customers’ requirement.
Storage for six months in shady room and dry place.
