TF-445, TF-445N and TF-445ND belongs to partially neutralized acrylic acid homopolymers, environment-friendly, non-phosphorus, non-toxic and non-polluting, with excellent calcium and magnesium chelating force and calcium carbonate dispersibility. When used as a fabric detergent auxiliaries, detergent additives, industrial detergent additives, it can improve the anti-fouling and redeposition performance of detergents, and improve the foam performance and rinse properties of detergents. At the same time, it also can reduce the viscosity of the pulp, has excellent pH buffer capacity, and reduces the irritation of detergent to skin.
TF-445, TF-445N and TF-445ND is also a very common pigments&fillers dispersant, widely used in inorganic additives (such as calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, talc), ceramics, coatings, textile printing and dyeing, papermaking fields etc. The product can be used for a variety of powder dispersion, especially for the grinding dispersion of calcium carbonate, and dispersion of ceramic slurry. When used as a grinding dispersant and a slurry dispersing agent, it is advantageous in that it has a low dispersion viscosity and a small using amount, which can maintain a relatively low effective dispersion viscosity at a higher content while imparting good storage stability, and effectively control the rebound phenomenon of the pigments&fillers, and suitable for all kinds of ultra-fine pigments and fillers. TF-445N has a low foaming property, so that there is little foam in the manufacture and using of pigments and fillers, and the dispersion efficiency of mineral pigments is high, reducing the time of grinding dispersion in production, and saving energy.
In addition, this chelating agent is widely used in the field of textile printing and dyeing, in pretreatment process, can significantly improve the scouring effect; in desizing, scouring, bleaching and dyeing process, it can reduce the influence of Ca2+, Mg2+, Cu2+, Fe2+ and other metal ions in water on product quality; it has the protective effect on the decomposition of H2+O2+ and fiber; it can significantly improve the whiteness, and eliminate the phenomenon of macular.

When used in the detergent formula, the recommended dosage is 0.8-1.5%; when used in the laundry liquid formula, the recommended dosage is 2.0-3.0%. When used as chelating agent in other fields, the dosage should be determined by experiment.
Liquid: Normally in 250Kg HDPE drum, 1000L IBC, or customers’ requirement.
Solid: 25kg inner liner PE bag, or customers’ requirement.
Storage for twelve months in shady room and dry place.
